Delete your Crassho account
This page explains how to delete your Crassho account and the data linked to it. Crassho is published on Google Play by ROSA MOTION STUDIOS.
If you open Crassho afterwards, you start again as a new player. All linked progress, items, and cloud data are permanently removed.
Option 1: Delete it inside the game (fastest)
Follow these in-game steps to immediately delete your account and profile data:
Open Crassho and connect to the internet.
Go to Settings → Account.
Tap Delete account, then wait three seconds and tap Delete forever.
The game confirms and closes. Your account is gone straight away.
Option 2: Ask us to delete it
If you can no longer open the game, email khatrivansh43@gmail.com from the email address you used when you registered in the game, with the subject Delete my Crassho account.
Include your Player ID if you can (found in Settings → Account). We will delete the account and reply to confirm, within 30 days.
What is deleted
- •Your progress: level, XP, coins, bikes and purchases in the garage, achievements and quiz progress.
- •Your registration details: email address, name, father’s name, age, school and class.
- •Your high-score leaderboard entry.
- •Your sign-in account on our game backend (Unity Gaming Services), and your analytics data if you had switched Share Analytics on.
- •All game data stored on your phone.
What is kept
- •Anything held by Google: such as your Google account and your Google Play Games achievements and leaderboard history. Manage or remove those in your Google account or the Play Games app.
- •Backups made by our service provider are overwritten within 30 days.
- •Nothing else is kept once your account is deleted.
Delete some data without deleting the account
