CRASSHO Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of CRASSHO, including the game, its website and related services (the "Service"). CRASSHO is designed and developed by Scasys Technologies Private Limited ("Scasys", "we", "us") under the developer name "Rosa Motion". By tapping "I agree", creating a profile or playing, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
In short, for young players
- •Ask a parent or guardian before you play. If you are under 18, they must agree for you.
- •Play fair. No cheating, hacking or bullying.
- •CRASSHO teaches road safety, but it is a game. It is not a driving lesson.
- •Never play while you are walking near a road, crossing, cycling, riding or driving.
1. Who can use CRASSHO
- •You must be 9 years or older.
- •Under Indian law, a person under 18 cannot enter into a binding contract. For players aged 9 to 17, these Terms are therefore accepted by the parent or lawful guardian, who allows the child to use the Service under their supervision.
- •Parents and guardians should read the Privacy Policy, supervise play and keep control of the device the child uses.
- •Giving a false age or parental consent breaches these Terms. We may suspend the account and delete the data linked to it.
- •If a school, NGO or other institution provides CRASSHO to its students, it must obtain the required parental consent before giving them access.
2. Your profile
- •Use a nickname, not your real name, school or contact details.
- •Keep any login details private. You are responsible for activity under your profile.
- •One profile belongs to one person. Do not share or sell profiles.
3. What CRASSHO is, and what it is not
CRASSHO is a behavioural road-safety learning game. It places players in simulated traffic situations to build safe habits. It is made for education and awareness.
It is not driving instruction, a licence test, legal advice or a replacement for the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, for traffic rules or for adult supervision. Always follow the real traffic laws and signs.
4. Play safely in the real world
- •Do not play while walking on or near a road, crossing, cycling, riding or driving.
- •Take regular breaks from the screen.
- •Scenarios may show road hazards and near-misses. Parents who are concerned should preview the game first.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- •cheat, use bots, hack, or interfere with the Service or its servers;
- •copy, reverse-engineer, decompile or scrape the Service, except where the law allows;
- •harass, bully or threaten anyone, or share another person's personal details;
- •post or send anything unlawful, hateful, sexual or misleading;
- •pretend to be someone else, or get around age checks and parental safeguards;
- •use the Service for any commercial purpose without our written permission.
6. Ownership and your licence
CRASSHO, its name and logo, characters, artwork, audio, code and designs, and the "Rosa Motion" name, belong to Scasys or its licensors. They are protected by the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999 and other laws. We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to play CRASSHO for non-commercial use. We keep all other rights.
You keep any rights you have in your own data. We handle it as set out in the Privacy Policy.
7. Feedback
If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them without payment or credit. For players under 18, the parent or guardian confirms this when they accept these Terms.
8. Third-party services
CRASSHO may rely on third-party services such as cloud hosting and crash reporting. Links to other websites are for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them.
9. Free to play, no money games
CRASSHO is free to play. It involves no deposits, stakes or winnings in money or anything of monetary value, and it is not a real-money or online money game. If paid features are introduced later, we will update these Terms and obtain parental consent before a child can buy anything.
10. Availability and changes to the game
We provide CRASSHO "as is" and "as available". We may update, change, pause or discontinue any part of it. Play needs a working internet connection, and we do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
11. Disclaimers
CRASSHO is meant to build awareness and safe habits. We do not promise that playing it will prevent accidents, change behaviour or produce any particular result. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranties beyond those stated in these Terms.
12. Limit of our liability
To the extent the law allows, Scasys is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the previous 12 months, or ₹1,000 if the Service was free.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or wilful misconduct, or any right or liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
13. Suspension and ending your use
- •We may suspend or end access if these Terms are breached, if the law requires it, or to protect players and the Service.
- •You or your parent may stop using CRASSHO at any time and ask us to delete the profile through the contact in section 16.
- •Sections on ownership, disclaimers, liability and governing law continue after use ends.

15. Changes to these Terms, and general
- •We may update these Terms. We will tell parents and guardians through the game or by email before an important change takes effect. If you keep playing after that, you accept the change. For players under 18, a material change needs the parent's or guardian's fresh consent.
- •If any part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
- •If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up.
